To support that call, and in conjunction with the UC Davis Year of Mentoring, the HR Talent Management team has launched a new online mentoring resource. The comprehensive toolkit will help UC Davis staff better understand the self-directed mentoring opportunities available. After many months of hard work researching and consulting with peer organizations and across complex industries, the UC Davis Mentoring Toolkit is online. http://sdps.ucdavis.edu/toolkits/mentoring/ The UC Davis Mentoring Toolkit is designed to self-start individuals interested in establishing a mentor relationship. The mentor-mentee relationship supports the individuals as well as our organization. One UC Davis benefits when experienced leaders impart their wisdom and root their legacy within the ranks of tomorrow’s leaders. The toolkit will be an integral part of a more formal mentoring program to be unveiled by the HR Talent Management Center of Expertise within the coming year.
