Summary: Reports to: Classification: Amron’s Data Analyst are responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining product databases, obtaining product documentation, competitive market analysis, and data management. As a member of Amron’s motivated marketing team, the Data Analyst provides critical support and ideas to further our goal of world class service. Marketing Manager Non-Exempt SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze data, validate data accuracy, and present data in a user friendly format. Gather reporting and analysis requirements from sales, marketing, and senior management teams. Develop, maintain, and publish reports based on these requirements. Make recommendations on improving current data reports. Producing regular Google Analytics summaries and use analytics data to make recommendations to sales and marketing. Generate and analyze revenue, margin, forecasting, and brand reports. Participate on project teams. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Experience: 5-7 years of data analysis, including strong Excel skills. Must be able to execute VLookups and work with Pivot Tables in Excel. Experience working with Navision desired. NOTE: Excel test included in the interview process. Skills & Abilities: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on the findings. Strong knowledge of databases and data-porting. Advanced knowledge of MS applications, especially Excel.
