BEN RIDER joined FFLGuard in 2008 after 29 years working in the field for ATF.
While at ATF, Mr. Rider served in a variety of capacities including Firearms Hearing
Officer, Firearms and Explosives Coordinator, Adverse Action Coordinator, Southeast
Region Explosives Group Member, Explosives Threat Assessment and Prevention Strategy
Coordinator (ETAPS) and Diversion Coordinator. Mr. Rider retired as an Industry
Operations Investigator and currently works for FFLGuard out of Tampa, FL.
JIMMY SKINNER joined FFLGuard in 2008 after 30 plus years working in the field for ATF.
While at ATF, Mr. Skinner served as an Industry Operations Investigator, Hearing Officer,
Diversion Coordinator, and was elevated to the position of Area Supervisor before
retirement. Mr. Skinner currently works for FFLGuard out of Fort Worth, TX.
JOHN JAROWSKI joined FFLGuard in 2012 after 35 years working in the field for ATF.
Mr. Jarowski last served as Area Supervisor in Louisville. Over the course of his ATF
career, Mr. Jarowski held numerous staff and supervisory positions both in the field and at ATF
headquarters, including service as Director of Industry Operations for the St. Paul
Field Division. Mr. Jarowski currently works for FFLGuard out of Louisville, KY.
CARLTON BOWERS joined FFLGuard in 2013 after 23 years working in the field for
ATF. While at ATF Mr. Bowers served as an Industry Operations Investigator, he worked
as an inspector, a Group Supervisor, Area Supervisor and worked in ATF Headquarters in
Washington, DC. He ended his career with the ATF as the Director of Industry Operations
for the Charlotte Field Division in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Bowers currently works for FFLGuard
out of Charlotte, NC.
MICHAEL PRICE joined FFLGuard in 2013 after 28 years working in the field for ATF. While
at ATF, Mr. Price served as an Industry Operations Investigator, BHQ Program Analyst, and
was elevated to the position of Area Supervisor for 20 years before retirement. Mr. Price
currently works for FFLGuard out of Clarksburg, WV.
JACK DUGAN joined FFLGuard in 2013 after 32 years of
service with ATF. Mr. Dugan held the position of Special
Operations Inspector and Area Supervisor in New York.
Mr. Dugan currently works for FFLGuard out of New York, NY.
