He/she develops admissions and recruitment strategies that will result in modest enrollment growth and bring greater national and international diversity to the applicant pool. The Director leads strategic allocation of $2.4 million annually in institutional scholarships to new and returning students. In conjunction with the Dean and Associate Dean, the Director sets enrollment targets to yield desired quantity and quality of students using sophisticated data analysis and strategic enrollment management principles. Serving as the managing member of the Admissions Committee, the Director works with faculty committee members to understand program enrollment objectives and implement collaboratively-derived admissions standards in file review. He/she will guide enrollment data collection, reporting protocol, and admissions operations, supported by PeopleSoft and Simplicity.
