How to Apply – Submit completed and signed Form with
enclosures to Andiamo, Box 406, Santa Rosa CA 95402. Licensed
since 1979 with CST 2080834-40 registry. Limited space: firstcome, first-served.
Deposit – Deposit of $1000 per person by check to Andiamo is
due with Application; no later than 60 days before departure.
Confirmation & Final invoice - sent via email or USPS mail.
Final Payment – Final by check payable to Andiamo is due no
later than 60 days before departure. Custom tours require check
payments, which are held in Trust for disbursement to providers.
Late payment incur 5% service fee. If less than 60 days, please
email andiamotravel@hotmail.com for availability/waitlist.
What is Included – Indicated services per itinerary: flights (if
noted as included), private motorcoach, first class hotels with
private bath; meals, guided sightseeing & admissions as
indicated, escort, pre-tour orientation and post-tour reunion.
What is Not Included – Passport fees, gratuity, porterage,
personal items (laundry/phone/liquor) & non-indicated items.
Costs – Tour rate, subject to change, is based on tariffs, fuel
surcharges and exchange rate at time of brochure printing.
Insurance – Medical cancellation/evacuation coverage for all
custom tours is mandatory.
Conduct – Guests certify to be in good mental and physical
condition and to conduct themselves accordingly for the group’s
welfare. Smoking/perfume is not allowed at group activities nor
on coach. For group’s welfare, escort reserves right to dismiss
warned guest, who receives no refund.
Providers – include but not limited to airlines, suppliers, tour
operators, brokers, hotels, agents, escorts, agencies, sponsors,
guides and delegees.
Unforeseen Changes – Providers/escort reserve right to adjust
itinerary and make substitutions based on safety, comfort or
unforeseen situations such as strikes, time delays, road
conditions, weather, supplier changes and other beyond-ourcontrol reasons without reimbursement.
Revision-Cancel Policy – Revisions & cancellations, which are
costly, must be emailed or postmarked to Andiamo, Box 406,
Santa Rosa CA 95402. If more than 60 days prior to departure,
the non-refundable administrative fee is $250 per person. If less
than 60 days prior to departure, cancel fee is 100%. To protect
your funds, medical cancellation coverage is mandatory for
custom tours. Insurance provider solely determines submitted
claim validity and refund/credit.

arrangements for transportation and services. Said agents shall
not be held liable for any loss, injury, inconvenience, damage,
