perished in a freak accident, Tommy goes to work flipping patties at Pirate Burger.

The drama series portrays the story of a ministers‟ wife, Nomkhosi Hlatshwayo.
Nomkhosi is elegant, beautiful and charming, despite a small drinking problem, kept
away from her husband‟s Jet Hlatshwayo‟s eyes. Jet Hlatshwayo is the Minister of
environmental affairs and they have two children attending school at top private
schools. She‟s the epitome of a Lady who lunches, smiling charmingly for the
cameras on her husband‟s arm at all important political and photographic events.
Although bright enough, with a BA under her belt, Nomkhosi has never been in the
workplace, sitting on charity boards and doing her bit for the community as long as it
involves nothing more than her smiling face. And despite her creeping sense of
boredom and stagnancy, and the fact that Jet has no time for her anymore due to
work pressures; Nomkhosi enjoys her life. She enjoys the comfort, the quiet wealth,
the cars and drives the kids to private schools, the maids, the parties. She loves her
husband, believing him to be a man of integrity who has sacrificed much for this
country. The perfect balance is upset by the entrance into the picture of Thato
Kunene – her husband‟s new assistant. Nomkhosi soon discovers that nothing is
ever what it seems, that the conspiracy is much wider than she would ever imagine.

"Moesha" is a sitcom that follows the life and times of a black teenager living in the
Leimert Park section of Los Angeles, CA. For years since her mother died, Moesha
Mitchell has taken care of her father Frank and younger brother Myles. So when a
teacher at her school, Dee, marries Frank, Moesha feels her territory being
encroached upon by a new step mother. As time went on, the two females of the
house would learn to appreciate and cherish each other's presence. Moesha's boycrazy best friends Kim and Niecy as well as her eternally hungry neighbor and pal
Hakeem are there to support Mo throughout all of the drama she finds herself in-and there's always plenty. Andell, a local smoothie shop owner, is another close
confidante of Moesha's, lending her wisdom to the teen when needed. Over the
years, it was Frank who Moesha would clash with most. He has quite a hard time
witnessing his "pumpkin" grow up, and often hates her boyfriends, most notably Q.
After graduating from high school, Moesha attends classes at "Cal U" with Hakeem
and Niecy, and back at home, the entire family struggles with a startling revelation
