Sixteen and 17 year olds must bring a release signed by a parent or guardian to the first day of the WDCE course. To request a parental release form, e-mail wdce@ tmcc.edu or call 829-9010. Parents do not need to accompany children attending a course designed especially for children. Cancellation Policy WDCE courses are self-supporting. If a course does not have enough students enrolled in it, it may be canceled. If WDCE cancels a course, you will receive a full refund. Beyond providing a timely refund, TMCC assumes no liability for expenses incurred by a student because of a course cancellation. Refund Policy for WDCE Courses Should you need to cancel your seat in a class, • you will receive a full refund—minus a $10 cancellation fee—if you cancel at least three working days prior to the class s tart date • you will receive a 50 percent refund— minus a $10 cancellation fee—if you cancel less than three working days prior to the class • you will not receive a refund if you are a no-show or cancel after the course has begun.
