Responsibilities I. Customer Service A. Treat people fairly, consistently and with respect. B. Provide efficient and friendly service to all customers. C. Provide product information and educational materials to customers and staff. Investigate and respond to customer requests. D. Contribute to Natural Times when requested. E. Ensure store cleanliness at all times. II. Department Operations A. Adhere to all training manual contents. B. Read department memo at each shift. C. Operate cash register. D. Ensure security of money by following all established procedures. E. Bag groceries according to established guidelines. F. Retrieve carts from parking lot and return to cart corral. G. Maintain cleanliness of all work spaces. H. Properly dispose un-sellable items. I. Advise immediate supervisor of equipment repair and supply needs. J.
