Stan McClanahan is a new

Company. Stan grew up in
Humphreys County. He graduated from Waverly Central
High School and continued
his education at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
He graduated with a B.S. degree in Agriculture in 1976. He has been married 36 years
to Kathie Dickie McClanahan. She is employed by the Humphreys County Board of Education. They have one son, Drew
and daughter in law Chassity and two grandsons, Benton and
Braden. The McClanahan’s are active members of the Waverly First United Methodist Church, where Stan is the Sunday
School Superintendent and on the Trustee Committee. Also,
he is currently on the City of Waverly Safety Committee and a
graduate of the Waverly Citizens Police Academy. Stan looks
forward to assisting buyers and sellers with all their real estate
