Sweepstakes Period: The Win & Escape Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on
7/13/12 and ends 11:59 PM ET on 9/3/12 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older or the age of majority in their states of residence, whichever is older, as of 7/13/12, who reside in the state of MN, NE, WI, IA, SD, or ND, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Advertising Association, Inc .
(“Sponsor”), Ford Motor Company, American Hole ‘n One (“Administrator”), Team
Detroit, Dealer Direct LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to enter:
1) QR Code: Using your web-enabled mobile phone, that has a built-in-camera, download a QR code reader application (unless you already have a QR code reader application). After you have downloaded and completed software installation of QR code reader application, open the QR code scan application and scan a
Sweepstakes QR code located on one (1) of three (3) displays at the Mall of America or any of the participating Ford dealerships listed below during normal business hours. You will then be taken to the
Sweepstakes registration page where you will be required to follow the instructions to complete the online entry form in its entirety, according to the provided instructions. Normal data charges apply. All mobile entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 9/3/12 to be eligible. OR,
2) Online: Visit www.northlandford.com/win and complete the online entry form in its entirety, according to the provided instructions. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 9/3/12 to be eligible. A valid email address is required to enter online. OR,
3) By Mail: To receive one (1) entry without visiting the Mall of America, or a participating Ford dealership, scanning a QR code, or going online, hand-print, on an approximately 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, your complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip code and daytime and evening phone numbers (with area code), and mail your entry in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Win &

Entrants must complete all required information on the entry form to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries or entries by any means which subvert the entry process are permitted and all such entries will be void. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per household throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing held on or about 9/11/12, from among all eligible entries received and combined. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received . Potential winner will be notified by telephone by Administrator and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator’s sole discretion.
Grand Prize (1): The winner will receive a 24-month/12,000 mile per year prepaid APP lease on a 2013 Ford Escape
SEL AWD with 302Apackage (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $16,000). Lease is subject to certain terms and conditions set forth in the applicable dealer’s lease agreement. Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference in value if the vehicle selected has a lesser ARV than stated. Lease includes tax, tag and license fees. Any additional miles on the lease will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at
Administrator’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the vehicle by 12/31/12 at the dealership specified by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion.
General Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator relating to the Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding.
All entry forms submitted for this Sweepstakes become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entry forms or acts shall render entrants ineligible (and all associated entry forms will be void). Any person who attempts to defraud Sponsor in any manner in connection with this Sweepstakes may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen, garbled or inaccurate entries; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any promotion-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the promotion be, in Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by nonauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries or mail pieces, Administrator reserves

the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes for these or any other reason, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that the Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any use of the vehicle) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winner, by acceptance of the prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for the Promotion Parties and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
Arbitration: Entrants and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Minnesota, USA
