PURE GROUND SESAME SEED
Roland® Organic Tahini is a thick paste made
of carefully selected sesame seeds, peeled by
natural means without the use of salt or
chemicals. They are then gently roasted and
softly ground into a paste. Sesame seeds are a
traditional food that has been used in various
cultures around the world for at least 5000
years. Our Organic Tahini has a traditional nutty
flavor and creamy consistency. It is 100%
organic and free of preservatives and additives.
Use as a flavorful base for hummus and other
appetizer spreads, salad dressings and soups.
RECIPE: ORGANIC TAHINI DIP
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup Roland® Organic Tahini
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp. Roland® Sea Salt
• 1/2 cup cold water
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend Roland®
Organic Tahini, lemon juice, garlic and
Roland® Sea Salt. Slowly mix in water until
desired consistency is attained. For a thicker
dip, add less water. Garnish with parsley.
Makes 2 cups.
