around the globe. Free us from all doubts and prejudices, we pray. Inspire
us to live in solidarity with humankind that we may know the joy of giving
and receiving.
Dear God, accept the least coin "token of love." Make us mindful of the
miracles of these coins. Let us honor your creation with love, as shown
through the life, death and resurrection of your son, Jesus the Christ. Amen.

Audio-visual presentation of God's Children (or alternative).
(Silence)
Let us listen to the silence of this sacred space…
A space made ready for us by willing hands.
(Silence)
May this silence invigorate our questioning
May our faith be made stronger by our coming together.
May new friendships be made and old friendships renewed,
bound together by care and affection for God's children in God's world.

Music of reflection: In Moments Like These or other song
Welcome & Call to Worship (by Tatiana Valdez)
Leader: Come, let us dwell in God's shelter.
Let us dwell in God's work of art.
Come, because the Earth is the Lord's,
And God's Earth is our home.
People: We live in God's world; we are not alone.
We share this life with the heavens and the earth,
With the waters and the land,
With trees and grasses,
With fish, birds, and animals,
With minerals and creatures of every form,
And with all our brothers and sisters.

All: God is good and everything God makes is good.
God is love and everything God makes is love's fruit.
Let us worship God!
Prayer for Illumination (by Alan Jenkins)
You are the living God who sustains all life in continually unfolding ways.
And now may we open our ears to your continually unfolding Word. You
speak to us in new and vital and imperative ways. With all the power you
have given us, let us be silent and open to listening . . . for nourishment,
comfort, for challenge and new focus. Amen.
Hymn of Praise: Shine Jesus Shine or other song
Litany of Praise: Psalm 148:1-13a (Psalms Anew)
Praise God from the heavens; praise God in the heights;
Praise God, all you angels; praise God all you heavenly hosts.
Praise God, sun and moon; praise God all you shining stars.
Praise God, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens.
Let them praise the name of God, who commanded and they were created.
God established them forever and ever and gave a decree which shall not
pass away.
Praise God all the earth, you sea monsters and all depths,
Fire and hail, snow and mist, storm winds that fulfil God's word.
You mountains and all you hills, you fruit trees and all you cedars, you
wild beasts and all tame animals, you creeping things and flying birds.
Let the rulers of the earth and all peoples all the judges of the earthYoung men too, and maidens, old women and men and children.
Praise the name of God.
and doubt. We hold on to suspicions and jealousies that set neighbour against neighbour and nation against nation. We have neglected the poor and the hungry. In our pursuit of the "good life," we
have gone along with injustice; we have ignored the cries of the
oppressed. We pursue profits and pleasures that harm the land and
pollute the waters. We have squandered the Earth's gifts on technologies of destruction. Have mercy on us, O God. Help us to trust
your power to change our lives and make us new, that we and all
your creatures may know the joy of life abundant, given through
Jesus Christ, the risen Lord.
Sharing of Concerns and Prayers for Peace and Reconciliation
O God, save our shores from the weapons of death,
our lands from the things that deny our young ones love and freedom.
Let the seas of the Pacific Ocean carry messages of peace and
goodwill.
Turn away from our midst any unkind and brutal practices.
Let each child swim and breathe the fresh air
that is filled by the Holy Spirit.
O Lord Jesus, bless all who are makers of that inner peace
that breaks down the barriers of hatred,
and unite us with the open arms of your cross,
that all the peoples of the world may live happily together.

Message
Recalling the History of the Fellowship of the Least Coin
Prayer of Confession and Assurance of Pardon (Allen Brimer)
From Hosea 4:1-3
There is no loyalty or faithfulness, and no knowledge of God in the land.
Swearing stealing, lying, murder and adultery break out; bloodshed follows
bloodshed. The land mourns, and all who live in it languish; together with
the wild animals and the birds of the air, even the fish of the sea are perishing. Many children are suffering.
Prayer: Merciful God, in your gracious presence we confess our sin and
the sin of this world. Although Christ is risen from the grave and
has shattered the power of death, we are still held captive by fear
