The Copy Cat Ltd Announces ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Compliance Reflects Deep Commitment to Quality Management
21st May 2014, Nairobi……………The Copy Cat Ltd is proud to announce another
milestone in the history of the company. Continuing in their commitment to
excellence, The Copy Cat Ltd has announced that they have been ISO 9001:2008
certified.
The certification covers all the operational processes of The Copy Cat Ltd which
applies to Providing Information, Communication, Business Technology and Related
Professional Services in Africa and other regions.

dedicated to the pursuit of quality. By scrutinizing our organization at every level, we

customer service and the highest quality services."
The ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard was developed and published by
the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and establishes an effective
quality management program for Information Technology companies. Important
components of ISO 9001:2008 include customer satisfaction and establishing
processes for continuous improvement, items that The Copy Cat Ltd values highly.

This certification is a logical step along The Copy Cat Ltd.’s’ growth path, which
began in Kenya in 1984 and has expanded to include offices and branches in the East
African countries. Just recently, Copy Cat Bunyala office closed its doors and the staff
members and all operations were moved to the new and posh ENCEE Building in
Westlands as part of consolidating Copy Cat business in a central area. The Copy Cat
Head Office is situated at Essar House, Westlands.
