announced that Randy Soriano is rejoining the firm as a
partner in its St. Louis office.

practice by handling intellectual property litigation. Last
year, Soriano was recognized by the Missouri/Kansas
Super Lawyer's publication as a "Rising Star" in the field
of intellectual property litigation.
His litigation and trial practice focuses on complex contested matters with an emphasis on
defense of national clients in products liability claims alleging personal injury and wrongful
death. His work also includes mass tort defense for national pharmaceutical clients as well as
the handling of contested intellectual property disputes. Soriano's experience encompasses
all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy and management, pre-trial
motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, trial preparation and trial.

Soriano received his B.A. from Notre Dame in 1992 and his J.D. from Washington University in
2002. Prior to attending law school, he was an infantry officer on active duty in the United
States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of captain.
