1. Reservation and general terms
All the reservations have to be made through a written contract read and approved by yourself. The reservation will only be valid when it has been accepted by our management and when a down payment of 25% of the total amount plus administration charges of 20€ have been paid.
Stays for 2 to 4 nights have to be paid entirely (including bookings costs) at the reservation.
You will receive our confirmation by post-mail. None of reservation can be subletted.
The balance has to be paid at least 1 month before arrival for rented accommodation (you will not receive a reminder) and the day before you leave for pitches. Those rented which are not totally paid before the day of arrival will not be considered as reserved and will be at the disposal of management.
Booking for a special pitch would be possible depending on the planning and won’t be a reason of cancellation in case of non satisfaction.
2. Arrival terms
The number of persons for which the reservation is made should be the same at your arrival on the campsite, and can not exceed this mentionned in our rules. Any overtaking without declaration can engender the breach of the contract and the cessation of the stay without possible refund, the campsite not being insured for those not declared people.
The rental of accommodation is from 3pm to 8pm on Saturday, Monday or Wednesday depending on the contract in the high season, every day of the week in the mid and low season.
Campsite pitches are rented from midday to midday, every day of the week without exceptions. Any accommodation or pitch which has not been occupied within the 24 hours following the scheduled arrival date, will be considered as a newly available and may be re-let by the management. Please inform the management of any major delay by a written letter or a mail. No phone call will be accepted. The amount that has been paid can not be refunded.
3. Cancelation or early leave
In case of cancellation of your fact more than 30 days before your arrival date, the amount of the deposit will remain acquired to the campsite. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival date, or early leave during your stay, all the price of the stay will be due to the campsite. The campsite works in close collaboration with an insurance cancellation-interruption of stay.
Our partner Gritchen-affinity makes a commitment to pay off all or part of the stay to the customers having signed him a contract

4. Insurance
It is your own responsibility to take a travel insurance. The campsite declines all liability in the event of theft, fires, bad weather, etc...
5. Deposits for rented accommodations
2 uncashed deposits have to be paid for accommodation : 260€ for damage and 75€ or 95€ for cleaning the day of arrival.
They guarantee you that your accommodation will be clean and complete when you move in. They will be returned to you on the day that you leave after an inspection by our services (or by post-mail if you leave before checking). Deductions could be made from for any possible damage, inside or outside breakages noted or any cleaning which needs to be carried out by our cleaning department (75€ or 95€ will be paid).
If several accommodations are rented by a group at the same time, the deposits will be returned you as soon as possible within a few days after you leave, after a complete and detailed inspection for all of them.
6. Pets and comfort
Pets are allowed on the campsite and accommodations as long as they are kept under control and if the hygiene and comfort rules are respected.
To ensure optimal comfort and according to the law, all PUBLIC PLACES and all accommodations are strictly NON-SMOKING. If you do smoke in these buildings 68€ will be charged according to the new law (Décret N° 2006-1386 du 15/11/06.)
