· Design, implement, and direct a system-wide comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program that
appropriately and consistently promotes the recognition of donors, gifts, and financial accountability at all
levels
· Establish and maintain tracking processes regarding acknowledgment, recognition, ongoing
communications, and continued cultivation of past and current major donors to enhance their relationship
with the University and Foundation and increase the likelihood of continued contributions
· Plan and host donor recognition events
· Prepare endowment and impact reports for scholarship and endowment sponsors

· Oversaw the application for and awarding of all 550 University scholarships; awarded all admissions meritbased scholarships (offered to 1,200 students annually) and 100 donor-funded scholarships (offered to 300
students annually)
· Maintained records of all University scholarship criteria, 5,500+ scholarship applications received each
year, and 3,000+ scholarship offers totaling $8 million each year
· Reviewed all new Letters of Agreement and provided input to University Advancement on criteria for new
scholarships
· Created publications and other materials to advertise the scholarship application process and deadline
· Wrote content for and maintained the Scholarship Office website
· Met with prospective students and parents to discuss scholarship application procedures and requirements
· Developed and marketed new scholarships based on changing demographics
· Coordinated receipt of approximately 1,000 thank-you letters each year from recipients of donor-funded
scholarships
· Presented scholarship information to prospective students and parents at high school meetings, academic
and TTU organization meetings, and freshman orientations
· Provided scholarship recipient lists and certificates for 50 high school awards ceremonies annually; assisted
in identifying presenters for each ceremony
· Ensured all scholarships were awarded each year to students who met the criteria, and provided recipient
information to University Advancement for the annual donor report
· Reconciled 100 scholarship endowment and operating accounts and assisted departments in the
reconciliation of their accounts
