A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF BOLTON TO
CONSTRUCT A NEW FACILITY FOR THE BOLTON VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Bolton
the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the 1999-2000 fiscal year to
construct a new facility to house the Bolton Volunteer Fire Department, which will
enable the Department to provide better fire protection to area citizens.
Section 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 1999.
