Converting the original of a student

The pages of this sample project were
scanned in, and it was hard to get the
scans to align evenly. Sorry if the
misalignment causes difficulty in
reading. Because the project was
scanned, it was also not possible to
edit any minor mechanical errors. Also,
please note this assignment is slightly
different than the one you have but it is
almost the same. The student used
Minitab now we use Excel.
