Earl Warren: We have reached a verdict. The vote is 7 to 2 in favor of
Wesberry. All districts must have as close to equal populations as
possible.
James P. Wesberry: Thanks guys.
James P. Wesberry: It isn’t fair that everyone in the fifth district is
represented by only one person even though our population is larger
than the other districts!
