Work experience
1997 07 01 - 2008 04 01 co-founder and director of interactive agency Gaumina. Grew the
company to 100 people. Company becomes a quality and market leader of a Baltic market and
small international network with locations in Ireland and UK.
2007 11 15 - till now director of holding company Paranoic Investment. The holding is a
management company for all Gaumina operations and other startups.
2008 04 01 – 2009 07 01 taking care of opening Gaumina UK office.
2009 07 01 – Now director of Gaumina Network Lithuania, Ireland, United Kingdom operations.
Fields I am working in
Management, innovations, sales, communication, ideology & evangelism.The most important one
which unites them all is activity that helps my clients to achieve business result with help of virtual
