1. Background / Project information
Customer is currently looking for their customer for an integration of the SAP system with Alfresco.
The pernexas GmbH is offering an
a interface (connexas) between SAP and Alfresco (see Scope).
The integration of SAP and Alfresco should be demonstrated in a Proof of Concept at the customer´s
site.. This document describes the set up of such a Proof of Concept based on thee connexas software.
The connexas software within it latest version will be without charge for the period of the POC.
2. Scope
A connection via the SAP HTTP Content Server (ArchiveLink protocol) is set up and the
communication between the customer´s
customer SAP system and Alfresco is enabled. Therefore

1.2. Scenario
A document archiving scenario and the archive administration via the SAP transaction OAC0 will be
implemented to show the capability of the SAP-Alfresco

1.1.2. Document stored via Alfresco in SAP
A document is stored in Alfresco with the linking relevant attributes (company code, fiscal year,
document number). The connexas software links the document automatically to the corresponding
SAP FI document. The document is accessible from SAP via the Services for Object.
1.1.3. Archive administration
The archive administration will be enabled in SAP to create or maintain logical archives via the SAP
transaction OAC0.
3. Description of work
The individual Work Packages are described below.
1.3. Work Package 1: Initialization Work Shop
The goal of the workshop is to get a detailed view of the environment, the needs of the customer,
inform the customer about the connexas software details and prepare the POC.
The duration is typically half a day split into different session (starting with all members, then small
groups).

1.4. Work Package 2: Enabling connexas
The connexas software will be enabled on the customer test environment and the connexas SAP Http
Content Server implementation will be validated.

1.5. Work Package 3: Configure Scenarios
The scenarios mentioned in the chapter scope will be configured on SAP, Alfresco and connexas.

1.6. Work Package 4: Final workshop
The implemented scenarios are explained and tested. The results are discussed and productive
scenarios in specific SAP modules are discussed.

4. Price
The POC is offered for a fixed rate of 3.000.-€ excluding travel expenses and the software during the
POC for connexas.
5. Miscellaneous
The following shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Consulting Services
Agreement:

The relevant contact persons shall hold themselves available to the consultants.
For the performance of the work at the Client’s site, work areas with desks and web access will
be made available to pernexas GmbH consultants.
If the Client defaults on any of the obligations above, pernexas GmbH shall be entitled, by giving
prior notice, to suspend its activities until fulfillment of such obligations. In the meantime, days will
be billed as if normally worked. Other rights of termination remain unaffected by this provision.
It is expressly acknowledged that the purchase of consulting services is completely independent
of the purchase of connexas software licenses.
Publicity: pernexas GmbH shall be entitled to refer to client and the current project in its
publicity statements.
6. Non-binding
On the basis of current lead times, pernexas GmbH can commence work approximately 1 to 3 weeks
following signature of this Statement of Work.
The signed Statement of Work constitutes an irrevocable order.
(Tick if appropriate) A purchase order will be sent separately (within 5 days of pernexas GmbH’s
receipt of this Statement of Work).
This Statement of Work shall be valid until 2012-10-15.
