CONGRATULATIONS! Thank You for Your recent purchase of the Performance Plan (the “Service Contract”). We
hope You enjoy the added comfort and protection this Service Contract provides. Please keep this Service
Contract document in a safe place along with the sales receipt that You received when You purchased this plan, as
You will need them to verify Your coverage at the time of service. This information will serve as a valuable
reference guide and will help You determine what is covered by this Service Contract. From the day You purchase
this Service Contract the Administrator will assist You in understanding Your Service Contract benefits.
DEFINITIONS
Throughout this Service Contract, the words “We”, “Us” and “Our” means the party or parties obligated to provide
service under this Service Contract as the service contract provider, AMT Warranty Corp., 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd
Floor, New York, NY 10038. The words “You” and “Your” refer to the purchaser of the Product(s) covered by this
Service Contract or to the person to whom this Service Contract was properly transferred. “Product” and
“Products” means the item or items which You purchased with and that is/are covered under this Service Contract.
“Failure” means the mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Product due to defects in materials or
workmanship, occurring during normal usage and causing it to no longer perform its originally intended function.
“Deductible” means the amount You are required to pay prior to receiving covered services for Your Product (if
any). “Abuse” means the intentional treatment of the Product in a harmful, injurious or offensive manner that may
result in its damage. “Cosmetic Damage” means damages or changes to the physical appearance of the Product
that does not impede or hinder the Product’s normal operational function; such as scratches, abrasions, or
changes in color, texture, or finish. This Service Contract is administered by Warrantech Consumer Product
Services, Inc., PO Box 1189, Bedford, TX 76095 (“Administrator”). Please contact the Administrator if You have any
questions about this Service Contract.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
This Service Contract covers Products purchased as new or factory‐refurbished and manufactured for use in the
United States; which at the time of purchase included a valid USA manufacturer’s original or factory‐refurbished
warranty providing minimum coverage of ninety (90) days parts and labor. Coverage only applies to Products
used non‐commercially; unless the Commercial Coverage Upgrade option has been purchased and is indicated on
Your sales receipt. IMPORTANT: Certain covered Product types, pre‐determined by Us, are ineligible for the benefits
listed under the “ADDITIONAL BENEFITS BUILT INTO YOUR PLAN” and “OPTIONAL COVERAGES” (where applicable/if
purchased) sections. Accessories, external peripheral devices or add‐on options may also be ineligible for
coverage under this Service Contract. Please consult Your retailer (prior to purchase of this Service Contract) or
contact the Administrator (after purchase of this Service Contract) to confirm the eligibility of Your covered
Products for these secondary benefits.
SERVICE CONTRACT TERM
“Term” means the period of time in which the provisions of this Service Contract is valid; subject to the LIMIT OF
LIABILITY and CANCELLATION sections. Your Term begins on the date in which the covered Product was purchased
or delivered (if applicable), as shown on Your sales receipt/delivery invoice, and ends after completion of the
number of years shown on Your sales receipt.

WHAT IS COVERED ‐ GENERAL
We agree to repair or replace Your Product in the event it is unable to function as originally intended due to a
Failure during the term of this Service Contract; if the Product is not covered under any other insurance, warranty,
guarantee and/or service contract, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. PARTS USED TO REPAIR
OR REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT MAY BE NEW, USED, REFURBISHED, OR NON‐ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PARTS THAT
PERFORM TO THE FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS OF YOUR PRODUCT. Where applicable, technological advances may
result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than Your original Product, and no refunds will be made
based on the replacement product cost difference. IMPORTANT: COVERAGE DESCRIBED IN THIS SERVICE
CONTRACT WILL NOT REPLACE OR PROVIDE DUPLICATIVE BENEFITS DURING ANY ACTIVE MANUFACTURER’S
WARRANTY PERIOD. DURING SUCH PERIOD, ALL PARTS, LABOR, ON‐SITE SERVICE AND/OR SHIPPING COSTS
COVERED BY THAT WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER. This Service Contract also
does not providecoverage associated with the causes / losses outlined in the WHAT IS NOT COVERED section.
BASE PLAN COVERAGE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE – BASE PLAN: Depending on the Base Plan option You have purchased, coverage
for Your Product(s) as applicable and outlined below begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the
manufacturer’s original written warranty.
Replacement Plan: If You purchased the Replacement Plan (“Your Plan”), in the event of a
covered claim, We will replace the Product with a new, rebuilt or refurbished Product of equal or
similar features and functionality, not necessarily the same brand, or, at Our sole discretion,
reimburse You for the replacement of the Product. Replacement of Your Product will fulfill this
Service Contract in its entirety and will discharge all further obligations under this Service
Contract, where allowed by law. Replacement products will include a manufacturer’s
warranty and You will have the opportunity to purchase a new Service Contract if the
replacement product is eligible for coverage. The Replacement Plan is limited to one replacement for Products purchased for less than $300; excluding tax, and does not cover any trip or labor
charges. If a replacement product is not available, We will provide reimbursement to You. In no event shall the Administrator or We be liable for any damages as a result of the unavailability of a replacement product. Any and all parts or units replaced under this Service Contract become Our property in their entirety.
Repair Plan: If You purchased the Repair Plan (“Your Plan”), in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish labor and/or parts required to repair the Failure of Your Product. PARTS USED TO
REPAIR OR REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT MAY BE NEW, USED, REFURBISHED, OR NONORIGINAL
MANUFACTURER PARTS THAT PERFORM TO THE FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS OF YOUR PRODUCT. In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to replace Your Product with one of like kind and quality and comparable performance, but not necessarily same brand; which may be new or factory‐refurbished. If Your Product is replaced, then this Service Contract is considered fulfilled and coverage ends for that Product. In no event shall the Administrator or We be liable for any damages as a result of the unavailability of repair parts. Any and all parts or units replaced under this Service Contract become Our property in their entirety.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDED IN YOUR PLAN (not applicable to all Products)
EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE – ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Coverage for Your Product(s) as applicable and outlined
below begins on the date in which the covered Product was purchased or delivered (if
applicable), as shown on Your sales receipt/delivery invoice
POWER SURGE PROTECTION: This Service Contract also covers the Failure of Your Product
resulting from a power surge caused by power outage while Your Product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc. (UL) (not required for
Major Appliances). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER
INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE.

NO LEMON GUARANTEE (for Products with an original purchase price less than $3,500 ONLY): if a covered Product has three (3) service repairs; which first began after the manufacturer’s
warranty period had expired (“Qualifying Service Repairs”), covered under this Service Contract completed for the same problem and a fourth (4th) covered repair is required for the same
problem, as determined by Us, within any twelve (12) month period, We will replace that covered Product with a product of like kind and quality, but not necessarily same brand; subject to the LIMIT OF LIABILITY and WHAT IS NOT COVERED sections. We reserve the right to issue a voucher for the original purchase price of the Product (excluding any taxes or fees). ANY REPAIR SERVICES PERFORMED WHILE YOUR PRODUCT IS UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY PERIOD ARE NOT CONSIDERED QUALIFYING SERVICE REPAIRS UNDER THIS NO LEMON GUARANTEE.
FOOD LOSS PROTECTION (for refrigerator and freezer Product types ONLY): If Your Product
experiences a covered Failure, We will provide you with reimbursement for the cost to replace food that is lost as a direct result of such Failure. The reimbursement rate is $8.00 per cubic
foot; up to $250 per claim with a maximum benefit of $500 per year. To receive reimbursement, You must be able to provide Us with an itemized list of all food lost and proof of purchase for food replacement. NOTE: Request for service when Your Product is suspected of failure should be
initiated within 24 hours of discovery of the problem.
OPTIONAL COVERAGES ( for additional purchase; not available with all Products)
EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE – OPTIONAL COVERAGES: Coverage for all purchased OPTIONAL COVERAGES
begins on the date in which the covered Product was purchased or delivered (if applicable), as shown on Your
sales receipt/delivery invoice.
Commercial Coverage Upgrade: if purchased and evidenced on Your sales receipt, the
Commercial Coverage Upgrade provides coverage as outlined in Your Plan for Product(s) that: (1) have been specifically manufactured for commercial use; and/or (2) are to be used in a
commercial setting/environment (i.e. for use other than in a residential single‐family setting). If the product meets either criterion, purchase of this Commercial Coverage Upgrade is required in order for such product to be eligible for the coverage outlined in Your Plan. IMPORTANT:
This Service Contract will not provide coverage for products that meet either criterion, unless the commercial coverage upgrade has been purchased and is evidenced on Your sales receipt.
Accidental Damage from Handling Coverage (“ADH” Coverage): if purchased and evidenced on Your sales receipt, ADH Coverage provides additional protection for Your Product against sudden and unforeseen accidental damage; provided such damage was in the course of regular
use of the Product by You. In addition to the exclusions listed in the WHAT IS NOT COVERED
section, ADH Coverage is also subject to the following exclusions: ADH COVERAGE DOES NOT PROVIDE PROTECTION AGAINST NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, THEFT, MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OR MISPLACEMENT; VIRUSES; ABUSE OF THE PRODUCT; COSMETIC DAMAGE OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT DOES NOT AFFECT UNIT FUNCTIONALITY; OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER
PACKAGING BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE DURING SHIPMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICERS. ANY RESULTANT DAMAGE FROM THESE SITUATIONS IS NOT COVERED BY THIS SERVICE CONTRACT. If protective items such as covers, carrying cases or pouches, etc.,
were provided or made available for use with Your Product, You must make every effort to utilize these product accessories for protection against damage to Your Product. You must utilize Your Product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual, and protect against further damage to Your Product if there is suspected damage or failure. NOTE: ADH Coverage benefits are limited to that which are necessary as a result of sudden and unforeseen accidental damage only;
Failures, as defined and in accordance with Your Base Plan, are not covered until expiration of the
shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Custom Home Automation Coverage: if purchased and evidenced on Your sales receipt, the
Custom Home Automation Coverage provides coverage for the cost of removal or reinstallation of the covered Product, as well as any necessary reprogramming of the covered Product’s
associated remote control units in connection with the covered repairs or replacements of the covered Product. NOTE: Custom Home Automation Coverage benefits are limited to that which are specifically outlined in this section only; Failures, as defined and in accordance with Your Base Plan, are not covered until expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty period.
CUSTOM HOME AUTOMATION COVERAGE DOES NOT COVER ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
TEARING DOWN OR REFINISHING OF WALLS IN ORDER TO REACH AND/OR EVALUATE THE
COVERED PRODUCT.
DEDUCTIBLE
There is no Deductible required to obtain service on Your Product.
PLACE OF SERVICE
Determination of which place of service applies to Your Product is based on and will be the same as that which
was provided under Your Product’s original manufacturer’s warranty. The Administrator can
provide assistance in confirming which of the following is applicable to Your Product:
• For Products that included In‐Home/On‐Site Service, We will arrange for Your Product to be
serviced at Your residence/location; provided You have prepared the following provisions:
(1) accessibility to the Product; (2) a non‐threatening and safe environment; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 to be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled for
service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing Your Product. In the event it is necessary to continue certain repair services at a repair center, You may be required to
ship/transport the Product to a repair center designated by the Administrator. In such
circumstances, the shipping/transportation charges will be covered by this Service Contract.
In‐Home/On‐Site Service will be provided by a service provider authorized by the Administrator during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
• For Products that included Depot Service, You are responsible for shipping and insurance of the Product to a Depot Center designated by the Administrator, and We will pay for return shipping back to Your residence.
• For Products that included Carry‐In Service, You are responsible for transporting Your Product to
and from the service center designated by the Administrator. If We require You to ship Your
Product, any shipping charges will be Your responsibility.
For a Product that included Carry‐In or Depot Service, but has been built‐in and rendered as a permanent fixture inside
or outside of Your residence prohibiting You from transporting or shipping the Product, You are responsible for an additional In‐Home/On‐Site Service call charge payable to Our authorized technician upon time of service.
IF OUR DIAGNOSIS INDICATES THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT COVERED BY THIS SERVICE CONTRACT, YOU MAY BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SERVICE FEES INCURRED FOR SUCH DIAGNOSIS.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
For each covered Product, for any one claim, the maximum amount that We will pay under this Service Contract is
the least cost of the following: 1) authorized repairs to Your Product; 2) replacement of Your Product with one of
like kind and quality and comparable performance, but not necessarily same brand; which may be new or
factory‐refurbished; or 3) reimbursement to You for authorized repairs or replacement of Your Product. Our total
obligation to You for all claims pursuant to this Service Contract shall not exceed the original purchase price of the
Product. If the aggregate of all repairs to Your Product paid by Us exceeds the original purchase price of the
Product, or We replace Your Product, Our obligation to You under this Service Contract for that Product shall be

considered fulfilled and coverage for that Product ends. NEITHER WE NOR THE ADMINISTRATOR NOR THE RETAILER
SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME OR LOST DATA RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT
OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICE OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE. NEITHER WE NOR THE ADMINISTRATOR NOR
THE RETAILER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL PRE‐EXISTING CONDITIONS THAT OCCUR PRIOR TO THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS SERVICE CONTRACT; INCLUDING ANY INHERENT PRODUCT FLAWS.
IF YOUR PRODUCT NEEDS SERVICE
If You need to file a claim under this Service Contract, You must contact the Administrator to obtain a repair authorization number prior to having any repairs made to Your Product. For fast service, have Your proof of Product
purchase (sales receipt) readily available when You contact the Administrator. Do not return Your Product to Your
retailer unless so instructed by the Administrator, and if instructed to do so, a copy of Your sales receipt and a brief
written description of the problem must accompany Your Product. NOTE: We are not liable for freight charges or
damage due to improper packaging by You or Your representative. THIS SERVICE CONTRACT MAY PROVIDE NO
COVERAGE IF YOU MAKE UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS. When You receive authorization for repairs, You will also receive
further instructions on how to obtain service for Your Product. In the event Your Service Contract expires during
the time of an approved claim, this Service Contract is extended until the claim has been fulfilled.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)
THIS SERVICE CONTRACT DOES NOT COVER ANY LOSS, REPAIRS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM:
(A) PRE‐EXISTING CONDITIONS INCURRED OR KNOWN TO YOU (“PRE‐EXISTING” MEANS A CONDITION THAT
WITHIN ALL REASONABLE MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL PROBABILITY RELATES TO THE MECHANICAL FITNESS OF
YOUR PRODUCT PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THIS SERVICE CONTRACT);
(B) IMPROPER PACKAGING AND/OR TRANSPORTATION BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE RESULTING IN DAMAGE
DURING SHIPMENT TO A SERVICE CENTER OR RELOCATION OF THE COVERED PRODUCT;
(C) INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF COMPONENTS, UPGRADES,
ATTACHMENTS OR PERIPHERALS ;
(D) PRODUCTS AND/OR COMPONENTS THAT ARE USED IN APPLICATIONS THAT REQUIRE CONTINUOUS BUSINESS
AND/OR COMMERCIAL OPERATION, OR ARE USED FOR COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, EDUCATIONAL OR PUBLIC USE
PURPOSES OR OFFERED ON A RENTAL BASIS (UNLESS THE “COMMERCIAL COVERAGE UPGRADE” OPTION HAS BEEN
PURCHASED);
(E) DAMAGE OR FAILURE CAUSED BY RIOT, NUCLEAR RADIATION, WAR OR HOSTILE ACTION, RADIOACTIVE
CONTAMINATION, ETC.;
(F) DAMAGE FROM FREEZING OR OVERHEATING;
(G) INADEQUATE PLUMBING OR ELECTRICAL SERVICE;
(H) INTERRUPTION OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE;
(I) NEGLECT, NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE, ABUSE, INTENTIONAL PHYSICAL/MECHANICAL/ELECTRONIC DAMAGE,
PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR MALICIOUS MISCHIEF, THEFT OR MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE, VANDALISM, RUST,
CORROSION, WARPING, BENDING, ANIMAL OR INSECT INFESTATION, ETC. TO THE COVERED PRODUCT OR ANY
COMPONENT;
(J) DAMAGE OR FAILURE DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND YOUR CONTROL SUCH AS ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS,
EXPOSURE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ACTS OF NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: FIRE, FLOODS,
SMOKE, SAND, DIRT, LIGHTNING, MOISTURE, WATER DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FROM FRESH WATER,
SALTWATER OR OTHER WATER INTRUSION, STORMS, WIND OR WINDSTORM, HAIL, EARTHQUAKE, OTHER EXTERNAL
PERILS OF NATURE;
(K) REPAIRS NECESSITATED BY OPERATION OUTSIDE THE MANUFACTURER OPERATIONAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL
SPECIFICATIONS;
(L) BATTERY FAILURE OR LEAKAGE;
(M) COLLISION WITH ANOTHER OBJECT, COLLAPSE, EXPLOSION, LIQUID SPILLAGE OF ANY KIND BY ANY OWNER,
EMPLOYEE, THIRD PARTY, REPAIR PERSONNEL, ETC., UNLESS COVERED UNDER A SERVICE CONTRACT WHICH
SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES ANY OF THE DEFINED CAUSES;

(N) ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING PHYSICAL/MECHANICAL/ELECTRONIC DAMAGE CAUSE BY DROPPING,
UNLESS THE ADH PLAN DEFINED IN THE “OPTIONAL COVERAGES” SECTION OF THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN PURCHASED;
(O) DAMAGE, WARPING, BENDING, BREAKAGE OR RUSTING OF ANY KIND TO THE HOUSING, CABINETRY, SUPPORTS,
OUTSIDE CASING OR FRAME OF THE PRODUCT OR TO A TV SCREEN;
(P) IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE STORAGE;
(Q) DAMAGE TO A COVERED PART CAUSED BY A NON‐COVERED PART;
(R) IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF CUSTOMER REPLACEABLE COMPONENTS, MODULES, PARTS OR PERIPHERALS
AND/OR INSTALLATION OF INCORRECT PARTS;
(S) ANY RESULTANT MALFUNCTION OR DAMAGE OF OR TO AN OPERATING PART OF THE COVERED PRODUCT
FROM FAILURE TO PROVIDE MANUFACTURER’S RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE OR OPERATION/STORAGE OF THE
COVERED PRODUCT IN CONDITIONS OUTSIDE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS OR USE OF A COVERED PRODUCT
IN SUCH A MANNER AS WOULD VOID COVERAGE UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR THAT ARE USED IN
A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THE DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT OR MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS OR
SPECIFICATIONS;
(T) OPERATIONAL ERRORS ON THE PART OF THE CONSUMER;
(U) REMOVAL, INSTALLATION, REINSTALLATION, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, ETC., OF ANY INTERNAL COMPONENT
OR COVERED PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADJUSTMENTS, MANIPULATION OR MODIFICATIONS
MADE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN AUTHORIZED BY US;
(V) LOSS OF POWER, IMPROPER USE OF ELECTRICAL/POWER, POWER ‘BROWN‐OUT’, POWER OVERLOAD OR
POWER SURGE, UNLESS COVERED AS FURTHER DEFINED IN THE “ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDED IN YOUR PLAN”
SECTION OF THIS SERVICE CONTRACT;
(W) UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS, ALTERATIONS, MANIPULATION OR REPAIR MADE BY
ANYONE OTHER THAN AN SERVICE TECHNICIAN AUTHORIZED BY US;
(X) COVERED PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO A MANUFACTURER RECALL, WARRANTY OR REWORK TO REPAIR DESIGN
OR COMPONENT DEFICIENCIES, IMPROPER CONSTRUCTION, MANUFACTURER ERROR, ETC.; REGARDLESS OF THE
MANUFACTURER’S ABILITY TO PAY FOR SUCH REPAIRS;
(Y) PRODUCTS SOLD WITHOUT A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR ‘AS IS’;
(Z) COVERED PRODUCTS WITH REMOVED OR ALTERED SERIAL NUMBERS;
(AA) CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THIS SERVICE CONTRACT, OR LOSS OF
USE OR DATA DURING THE PERIOD THE COVERED PRODUCT IS AT AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITY OR OTHERWISE AWAITING PARTS;
(AB) NON‐FAILURE PROBLEMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NOISES, SQUEAKS, ETC.;
(AC) NORMAL PERIODIC OR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, USER EDUCATION, SET UP ADJUSTMENTS;
(AD) CLEANINGS OR ANY REPAIR COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, SERVICE CONTRACT OR OTHER
INSURANCE;
(AE) REPAIRS FOR COSMETIC DAMAGE OR IMPERFECTIONS OR TO STRUCTURAL ITEMS;
(AF) FAILURE TO PRODUCT ATTACHMENTS ESSENTIAL TO THE BASIC FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT BUT NOT
PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL SALE OF THE COVERED PRODUCT;
(AG) REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS FOR LOST COMPONENTS NOT ORIGINALLY COVERED BY THE
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR ARE CONSIDERED EXPENDABLE OR CONSUMER REPLACEABLE ITEMS OR ANY
NON‐OPERATING OR NON‐MOTOR DRIVEN MECHANICAL PART, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PLASTIC PARTS
OR OTHER PARTS SUCH AS ACCESSORY CABLES, WATER FILTERS, BAGS, BASKETS, BATTERIES, BOLTS, CABLES,
CONNECTORS, CORDS, DIALS, FINISH DEFECTS, FRAMES, FUSES, GLASS, HANDLES, HINGES, HOSES, KEYPADS,
LATCHES, LINERS, LINES, LINT SCREENS, MASKS, MOLDINGS, PLASTIC BODY OR MOLDING, SWITCHES,
THERMOSTATS, WIRING, OR ANY OTHER PARTS OR MATERIALS WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED DURING
THE LIFE OF THE COVERED PRODUCT;
(AH) COST OF REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH EPA DISPOSAL
REQUIREMENTS;
(AI) LIABILITY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR INJURY, OR DEATH TO ANY PERSON ARISING OUT OF THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR USE OF THE COVERED PRODUCT; OR
(AJ) SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ITS TERRITORIES, OR CANADA.

IF YOUR COVERED PRODUCT EXPERIENCES A FAILURE OR DAMAGE THAT IS EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER
THIS SECTION, OR IN THE EVENT OF A REPAIR INCIDENT WHEREIN THERE IS A “NO PROBLEM FOUND” DIAGNOSIS
FROM OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICER, THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIR COSTS; INCLUDING SHIPPING
COSTS AND/OR THE COST OF ON‐SITE SERVICE.
OUR RIGHT TO RECOVER PAYMENT
If You have a right to recover against another party for anything We have paid under this Service Contract, Your
rights shall become Our rights. You shall do whatever is necessary to enable Us to enforce these rights. We shall
recover only the excess after You are fully compensated for Your loss.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel this Service Contract by informing the retailer from whom You purchased this Service Contract
of Your cancellation request within 30 days of the purchase of the Service Contract and You will receive a 100%
refund of the full purchase price of Your Service Contract, less any claims paid by Us. If Your cancellation request
is made more than 30 days from the date of purchase, You will receive a pro‐rata refund of the Service Contract
purchase price, less any claims paid by Us, plus an administrative fee not to exceed 10% of the Service Contract
purchase price or $25.00; whichever is less. If We cancel this Service Contract, We must provide You with a written
notice at least 15 days prior to cancellation at Your last known address, with the effective date for the cancellation
and the reason for cancellation. If we cancel this Service Contract, You will receive a refund based upon
one‐hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro‐rata purchase price of this Service Contract.
GUARANTY
This is not an insurance policy; it is a service contract. We have obtained an insurance policy to insure Our
performance under this Service Contract. Should We fail to pay any claim or fail to replace the Product covered
under this Service Contract within sixty (60) days after the claim has been submitted, or in the event You cancel
this Service Contract, and We fail to refund any unearned portion of the Service Contract price, You are entitled to
make a direct claim against the insurer, Wesco Insurance Company, at 866‐505‐4048 or 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd Floor,
New York, NY 10038.
RENEWABILITY
To renew Your coverage, please call the Administrator at 1‐866‐563‐2828 on or before the expiration date of this
Service Contract. Renewal prices will reflect the age of Your Product, current service costs, and claim experience of
the Product model. Renewal prices will be available from the Administrator upon request at the time of renewal.
Note: Not all Products are eligible for renewal.
TRANSFERABILITY
If You transfer ownership of Your Product, this Service Contract may be transferred by sending to the
Administrator, at the address above, the name, address, and phone number of the new owner within 10 days of
the transfer. The cancellation provisions in this Service Contract only apply to the original purchaser of this Service
Contract.
IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION
If, during the term of this Service Contract, Your originally covered Product is exchanged by the manufacturer or
retailer, You must notify the Administrator as soon as reasonably practicable by calling 1‐866‐563‐2828 or in
writing at PO Box 1189, Bedford, TX 76095. Be prepared to provide the Administrator with the date of the purchase
or exchange, make, model, and serial number of the exchanged product.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Service Contract; including the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and exclusions, and Your sales
receipt, constitute the entire agreement between Us and You and no representation, promise or condition not
contained herein shall modify these items, except as required by law.

SPECIAL STATE REQUIREMENTS
Regulation of Service Contracts may vary widely from state to state. Any provision within this Service
Contract which conflicts with the laws of the state where You live shall automatically be considered to be
modified in conformity with applicable state laws and regulations as set forth below. The following state
specific requirements apply if Your Service Contract was purchased in one of the following states and
supersede any other provision within Your Service Contract terms and conditions to the contrary.
Illinois: Covered items must be in place and in good operating condition on the effective date of coverage and
become inoperable due to a Failure during the term of this Service Agreement. Failure due to normal wear and
tear is not covered. In no event will any indicated cancellation fee exceed the lesser of twenty‐five dollars ($25.00)
or ten percent (10%) of the Service Agreement price.
Wisconsin: THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO LIMITED REGULATION BY THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF
INSURANCE. You may cancel this Service Contract at any time. We may only cancel this Service Contract for
material misrepresentation by You, nonpayment by You, or a substantial breach of duties by You relating to the
covered Product or its use. If We cancel this Service Contract, We shall mail a written notice to You at Your last
known address at least five (5) days prior to cancellation. The notice shall state the effective date of the
cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. If this Service Contract is canceled within thirty (30) days of the
date of purchase and no claims have been paid, the Administrator shall return one hundred percent (100%) of the
purchase price paid and the Service Contract shall be void. The right to void the Service Contract applies only to
the original purchaser of the Service Contract. If the refund is not paid or credited within forty‐five (45) days after
return of the Service Contract to Us, We shall pay a ten percent (10%) per month penalty of the refund amount
outstanding; which We shall add to the amount of the refund due to You. For Service Contracts cancelled
subsequent to the period stated in the preceding paragraph or if a claim has been made under this Service
Contract within such period, We shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro‐rata Service
Contract purchase price paid, less any claims paid and less a cancellation fee not to exceed ten percent (10%) of
the Service Contract purchase price paid. If You request cancellation due to a total loss of Your Product which is
not covered by a replacement under the terms of Your Service Contract, the Administrator shall return one
hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro‐rata Service Contract purchase price paid, less any claims paid.
UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS MAY NOT BE COVERED. The GUARANTY section is amended to include: Our obligations
under this Service Contract are insured under a service contract reimbursement insurance policy. Should We fail
to pay any claim or fail to replace the product covered under this Service Contract within sixty (60) days after You
provide proof of loss, or in the event You cancel this Service Contract and We fail to refund the unearned portion
of the Service Contract purchase price, or if the Provider becomes insolvent or otherwise financially impaired, You
are entitled to make a direct claim against the insurer, Wesco Insurance Company, at 1‐866‐505‐4048 or 59 Maiden
Lane, 43rd Floor, New York, NY 10038 for reimbursement, payment or provision of this Service Contract.
