The Society accept no responsibility whatsoever for any death, damage, injury or loss to any person, horses or their property whilst on the showground, car parks or approaches. All enter the showground at their own risk. 2. The judges decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing with a deposit of £20.00 in cash. (To be forfeited if the objection is over ruled) within 30 minutes of the class taking part. 3. British Standard Skull/hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted. 4. The Society reserve the right to expel from the ring, any horse which is not under sufficient control of the handler/rider 5. No galloping ion the showground allowed. 6. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times whilst on the showground. 7. All Colts and Stallions must be bitted and handled by a responsible adult. 8. The Society reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate classes and alter/amend the running order of the classes. 9. Anyone found to be abusing or ill treating a horse will be subject to an immediate ban from the showground at the discretion of two committee members. 10. No horse can be left tied outside a lorry or trailer and left unattended. 11. Any horse or rider falling in the ring must leave the class. 12. The Society reserve the right to refuse an entry. All classes will be run consecutively with NO breaks unless stated. It is the competitors responsibility to arrive for their class on time. Announcements will be continually made for each class, plus a board in the entries marque will indicate classes in progress. All persons entering Eccleshall Show must be fully aware of their legal obligation (from 28th February 2005) to be in possession of a passport for each horse at our show. An inspector from Staffordshire County Council may ask for passports to be produced.
