“ChBE Researcher” refers to any researcher (e.g., faculty, research scientist/engineer, postdoctoral fellow, graduate student,
undergraduate researcher, visiting researcher) affiliated with ChBE, or any researcher working in a laboratory of a faculty
member with a principal appointment in ChBE.

Faculty/PIs: It is recommended that you request this completed, signed checklist and a copy of training completion records from
your research group members.
