Kip Wright is the Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup
Solutions North America operations, which include services
such as managed services provider (TAPFIN), recruitment
process outsourcing (RPO), and talent based outsourcing
(TBO). ManpowerGroup Solutions is the key driver behind the
creation and delivery of innovative workforce solutions that
leverage the collective experience, expertise, and unmatched
global footprint of ManpowerGroup to bring new thinking
around workforce models that help clients achieve better
business results. In this role, Kip manages all sales and
operational activity across the North America markets.
Mr. Wright also serves as General Manager and Chair for
TAPFIN’s global practice activities. TAPFIN is an industryleading MSP, offering companies sophisticated, client-centric
workforce solutions and the contingent workforce visibility they
need to operate their business optimally. In this role, Wright
oversees all strategic planning, sales, operations, solutions
design and development, and related support functions for the
TAPFIN business globally.
Mr. Wright has more than 25 years of experience in the
consulting and workforce management industry, including
leadership positions at Ernst & Young, BSG Consulting,
Metamor Worldwide, and COMSYS.
Wright earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from
Louisiana State University and received his Certified Public
Accountant license in 1992 (now inactive). Considered an
industry expert in the field of human capital and workforce
fulfillment, he is often called upon to share his knowledge and
expertise. He also serves in a board advisory role for
OnForce. Wright and his family reside in Houston, TX.
