We guarantee delivery within ten (10) business days, excluding holidays and
inclement weather. Cold Ship pricing is higher than Dry Ship pricing to cover
coolers, gel packs, ice, and air freight. If you order any Cold Ship items,
Cold Ship pricing will be applied to the entire order.

The Cold Ship items may ship and arrive separately from the Dry Ship items.

If you order online, the system will automatically apply the appropriate
shipping charge to guarantee delivery within ten (10) business days. If you
want quicker delivery service, select “Next Day Air” from the drop-down
window next to the shipping price. If you order by phone, ask the Client
Services Representative for this option.

Shelf Life

Minimums

If you order any Cold Ship items, you must order at least $50 of Cold Ship
items.
 Cold Ship items include: all cheese products, all chocolates, some desserts, all


meat alternatives, all ready-made pizzas, and fresh-filled pasta.
If you order only Dry Ship items, you must order at least $30 of Dry Ship items.
Dry items include breads, some bakery products, baking mixes, soups &
seasonings, rice, and pasta.
Please check minimums before ordering. Prices are subject to change. Current
prices are always reflected on our website www.cambrookefoods.com.
Cold Ship items are shipped frozen and may arrive thawed. Providing
the items are cool to the touch, you should place all Cold Ship items
into the freezer immediately upon delivery. Products can be successfully
refrozen. The following shelf life information will assist you further:
 Baking Mixes - Store in a cool dry place for up to 18 months.
 Bread and Bakery products - Freezer shelf life unopened: 9 months.
 Cheese products - Freezer shelf life unopened: 1 year.
 Cheese products - Refrigerator shelf life unopened: 4 months.
 Chocolate Cha Cha’s - Store in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
 Cookie Dough - 18 months in the freezer or 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
 Meat Alternatives - Freezer shelf life unopened: 12 months.
Guarantee

 Ravioli and Pierogi - Freezer shelf life unopened: 9 months.
We have a guarantee on all our products. Please contact us within two weeks of
