IEEE Hyderabad Section is one of the most active
sections in Indian as well as in Asia Pacific Region
Started as a subsection in 1981, it was elevated to a
Section in 1984. For the past 30 years Hyderabad
section has been conducting various National &
International Programs fulfilling the needs of
engineers and scientists. As on today our section
as about 11 society chapters and Affinity Groups of
IEEE : Computer Society, PES/IAS/PEL Society
Joint Chapter, MTT/AP/EMC Society Joint
Chapter, COM/SP Society Chapter and Women in
Engineering Affinity Group. MTT/AP/EMC Society
Joint Chapter was formed in 2008. The Society
enables the practicing engineers to focus on
technical developments in specific areas on
interest to the Joint Society.

The three day workshop deals with Fundamentals
of Antennas & Transmission lines, waveguides,
including design aspects of various Antennas.
Computational Techniques in Antennas, Fractral
antenna design are to be addressed. Basics of
Array Antennas, Adaptive principles,
Reconfigurable antenna simulations, Broadband
Antenna & Radome design using HFSS are also to
be dealt. Hands on training using HFSS will be
provided. All presentations are invited from experts
in the above field. The faculty includes experts from
DRDO, Industry, and Academia.
