Junior Intermediate 3 Syllabus
Unit 2
The textbook for Junior intermediate 3 (JI3) is American MORE! 3 (Student’s Book
with Interactive CD-ROM), Unit 1, Unit 2 & Unit 3. The textbook goes with a
Workbook & a Teacher’s Book. This is a 20-hour course that meets once a week for 2
hours. The last class is usually planned for a review and a final test. The time allotted
to each unit is 4 hours including the quizzes and the progress check excluding the
exam (total contact hours is 18 hours plus 2 hours review and final exam) 3 quizzes
are administered throughout the term; each at the end of each unit and the scores are
included in the final teacher’s grade added to the final test grade. (Standard quizzes
are available in the database. Refer to the “QUIIZZES” rubric on the database)
