Insurance companies must also publicly justify their actions should they want to raise premiums by 10 percent or more for small businesses RETIREMENT SECURITY: • Passed and signed legislation that helped ease the burden of pension funding for small business employers during the recession. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS...
