Dear Allstate Agent,
The following pages detail an opportunity for you to
advertise at some of the most important events that
take place in the community you serve - high school
athletic events. Home Team Marketing (HTM) works with
thousands of high schools across the country. Any high
school is available for you to request; HTM will do all of
the leg work to get your desired high school on board.
In addition to your agency being front and center at these
events, you will also be supporting the community you
serve. Each participating school will receive a check for
a minimum of $600 on behalf of your agency. Now is the
time to get in the game!
Executive
Advantage Eligible
You can now pay up to 100% of the program on your Executive Advantage card.
Exclusive
Exclusive within auto insurance and financial services. Exclusivity pertains to inventory controlled
by Home Team Marketing.
Outstanding
Public Relations
Approximately 50% of the advertising cost is delivered back to the high school on behalf of your Allstate
Agency.
First
Come, First Served
Seasons at a high school are available on a first come, first served basis. Agents will receive right of
first refusal on renewal programs.
Core Program Elements
Signage
Allstate agents will have a dominant presence through agency specific signage.
Fall Season
Agent will receive two 8’ x 3’ double-sided field level signs
for all varsity home football games. These are displayed in
prime positions within each facility.
Winter Season
Agent will receive one hanging 8’ x 4’ banner in prime
position in the school’s gymnasium during the winter
season. Great bonus exposure as the banner will hang for
varsity, jv, and freshman events for both boys and girls.
Spring Season
Agent will receive one hanging 8’ x 4’ banner in prime
position at chosen facility during the spring season.
Typically baseball or softball, but we have worked with
schools on track & field, lacrosse, and other spring sports.
PA Announcements
Agent will have a strong audio presence through customized Public Address Announcements
at varsity events.

Enhanced Elements
Print—Fall and Winter
Allstate will have targeted print advertisements
in each school’s game program (single sided, black and
white 8 1/2” x 11”). Ads will be printed directly in the
high school’s game program.
Magnets—Fall and Winter
Allstate agents will have name, agency address and phone
number recognition on magnet schedules for the local team.
Each local representative will receive 1,000 magnets for
distribution at a team home game or through the school.
Magnets are available during the Fall and Winter seasons.

Enrollment:
Schools will be contacted to let them know about the opportunity to participate in the Allstate
Insurance program. HTM will handle all contact with the selected high school to get them involved.
Production:
Signage, print inserts and magnets are printed/delivered by HTM to the high school or agency.
Compliance:
HTM’s proven process provides complete and thorough assurance of a great campaign. Working
closely with schools, HTM ensures every element of a campaign and provides status reports along

Activation:
Because HTM works so closely with schools, HTM provides unique opportunities to engage the
campaign at a grassroots level. This may include on-site opportunities.
Team:
HTM has Dedicated School Representatives that will actively facilitate your relationship with each
school.

Agent will have exposure during all three sports seasons through the core program. Agents will
also receive all enhanced elements. $2,000 will be delivered back to the high school on behalf
of Allstate and the local agent.
