Alliance, giving stage to charity

of life of needy people in or from
war zones, threshold countries or
developing nations in the area of
education, environment, health,
nutrition and social integration.
The construction industry
has always been one of the
most powerful engines of
development. Being part of
this sector, we all have the

and need.
The presentation of the bauma

The network intends to promote dialog between members on the
implementation of social projects and to attract additional interested parties to
become actively involved in the bauma Charity Alliance.
By exchanging ideas and sharing best practices, synergy effects will be
created in order to support the joint idea of the Charity Alliance.
In line with this special format, bauma Charity Alliance will present the Pilosio
Building Peace Award. Since the award ceremony was first held in 2011, it
has attracted world attention and the support of major philanthropic actors.
Since the award ceremony was first held in 2011, several Nobel Prize winners
and political personalities such as Kofi Annan, the former Secretary General
of the United Nations, have given it a special flair and garnered the award a
great deal of attention from international media. In 2016, Chelsea Clinton,
former correspondent for NBC News and present board member of the Clinton
Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative, will deliver a key note speech to
underline that peace brings stability, stability brings growth, and growth means
development.
