We’re bringing dinosaurs to life these
school holidays! In our brand new Dino
Zoo, you can meet the world’s most
scientifically accurate, life-sized, digital
dinosaurs, dig for fossils, and learn about
dinosaur evolution and mass extinction.
To celebrate the arrival of our new
prehistoric pals, The Cube will roar with
dinosaur-themed family fun from
6 to 26 January.
Keep young hands and minds occupied
with dinosaur craft, video games,
documentaries, and a behind-the-scenes
look at the paleontological processes that
went into creating Dino Zoo.
1. A life-sized dinosaur isn’t cuddly or
friendly. While the experience can be a
lot of fun, some children might need the
comfort of a brave adult ranger to ensure
a positive experience. Children under
12 must be supervised by a parent or
guardian at all times.
2. Our dinosaurs are on a strictly scientific
paleo diet. Please don’t feed them human
food.
3. Be careful when the dinosaurs are in the
front paddock—some of them like to prey
on small animals.
4. Photography is encouraged.

Ever wanted to meet a dinosaur? Dino
Zoo is the closest you can get to the real
thing – minus the danger of being eaten!
Our life-sized dinosaurs are the most
scientifically accurate portrayals of these
creatures in the world. And, thanks to
artificial intelligence, our dinosaurs will
even behave like the real thing, based on
a set of behavioural parameters for each
species. You can make friends with the
herbivores, while keeping a wary eye on
the predators.
This is our dino training ground. Grab a
controller and train a Muttaburrasaurus,
Australovenator or Kunburrasaurus to
move just like the real ones would have
millions of years ago.

The Cube team has partnered with
Queensland Museum’s renowned
paleontologist, Dr Scott Hocknull, to
recreate these hyper-realistic, prehistoric
reptiles and their environment, all backed
by the latest research.
Dino Zoo also has digital activities,
including an archaeological dig simulator
and an interactive Earth timeline.
