CORPORATION, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION –
PANGASINAN I AND II, COLEGIO DE DAGUPAN AND
PANGASINAN

UNIVERSITY
FOR
THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “GINTONG BINHI NG
KARUNUNGAN (GOLDEN SEEDS OF KNOWLEDGE)”
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN THE PROVINCE OF
PANGASINAN
WHEREAS, the “Gintong Binhi ng Karunungan (Golden Seeds of
Knowledge)” Scholarship Program is a partnership program among Team Sual
Corporation, the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, Department of Education
– Pangasinan I and II, Colegio De Dagupan and Pangasinan State University;
WHEREAS, the “Gintong Binhi ng Karunungan (Golden Seeds of
Knowledge)” Scholarship Program was conceptualized by Team Sual Corporation
under its various corporate social responsibility programs by extending help to
aspiring engineers and technical engineers of the Province of Pangasinan;
WHEREAS, the scholarship program is designed to finance the education
of five (5) deserving high school graduates from the Province of Pangasinan for
each of School Year 2014-2015 and School Year 2015-2016 in a 5-year
Engineering Course or a 3-year ladderized technology course at Colegio de
Dagupan or Pangasinan State University;

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Agreement will serve as a vehicle for
collaborative efforts among Team Sual Corporation, the Provincial Government
of Pangasinan, Department of Education – Pangasinan I and II, Colegio De
Dagupan and Pangasinan State University for the successful implementation of
the said scholarship program;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SP Member Ranjit R. Shahani and
co-authored by SP Member Nestor D. Reyes, duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled to
authorize, as he is hereby authorized, the Provincial Governor, Amado T. Espino,
Jr. to sign and enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Team Sual
Corporation, Department of Education – Pangasinan I and II, Colegio De
Dagupan and Pangasinan State University for the implementation of the “Gintong
Binhi ng Karunungan (Golden Seeds of Knowledge)” Scholarship Program in the
Province of Pangasinan;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to
the Provincial Governor, Amado T. Espino, Jr., Team Sual Corporation,
Department of Education – Pangasinan I and II, Colegio De Dagupan and
Pangasinan State University, for their information and guidance.
