DEED OF DONATION
I, Corazon M. de Vera, of legal age, Filipino, married, for and in consideration of my
love and affection which I hold for the DONEE - Christ Our Life Ministries Int'l Inc. represented
by Ptr. Rolando E. Santiago do hereby, by these presents, cede, transfer, and convey, by way of
donation to Head Pastor Rolando E. Santiago of COLM INT"L Inc., of legal age, Filipino,
married & resident of Barangay Sapang Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, representing COLM Barangay
Chapel Primicias Mapandan an areafour hundred eighty seven and one half square feet situated
on the south western portion of that parcel of land situated in Primicias, Mapandan, Pangasinan
more particularly described and bounded as follows:
“A parcel of land situated in Primicias, Mapandan, Pangasinan; Bounded on the
North by Mercedes de Vera; On the South by Barrio Road; On the East by
Juanito de Vera and on the West by Lydia Langit. Containing an area of Seven
Hundred Twenty two (722 sq.m.) square meters, more or less; Declared Under
Tax Declaration No. 539 and assessed at Php 57,750.00 for the current year.
of which I am the absolute owner, Corazon M. de Vera of Barangay Primicias, Mapandan
Pangasinan.
I, Rolando E. Santiago, Head Pastor of Christ Our Life Ministries International Inc.
Municipality of Sta. Barbara Province of Pangasinan, do hereby accept the aforesaid donation,
and by these presents hereby express my appreciation and gratitude in behalf of the above
donation.
