In Criminology you develop a wide variety of skills including the ability to:
Gather and organize data, write clearly, defend an argument and plan long term projects effectively
Understand criminology, societal development and components of collaboration and cooperation while critically
developing and assessing recommendations for improvements
Recognize the importance of diversity while identifying problems and preparing possible solutions for various
communities, cultures, and socio-economic statuses
Develop a strong awareness of societal concerns and population dynamics through data collection, analysis, and long
term planning
Demonstrate advanced critical thinking to question policies and acknowledge issues, dilemmas, and doubts while
constructively preparing suggestions
