In light of an ever increasing lean work environment, how does Bosch Anderson "boil the ocean" to focus on the right things? The answer is a comprehensive application of well honed principles around Reliability, Autonomous Maintenance, Planning / Scheduling, and Equipment Design / Procurement. Bosch Anderson manufactures to the Tier I / Tier II Automotive supply base, as a significant worldwide contributor in the production of Oxygen Sensors, Transmission Controls, and Electronic Throttle Bodies. With a history spanning near 25 years in Anderson, Bosch Maintenance has evolved to what has been viewed as a premier organization, performing at unprecedented levels. Where have we been, where are we now, and where are we going as a Team of near 180 Craftsmen, Planners, Designers and Leaders? How will we know we're on target and making progress?
