Replication Plan

The key actions are implementing F.S.R. and it’s identified best-practice
procedures into applications within other facilities that use cleaning solvents
for booth maintenance.

Identify specific areas of application.
This product has been shown to work effectively on:
• E-Coat Transfer Rollers
• Residual E-Coat Residue
• E-Coat Ovens
• Enamel Booths and Ovens
• Clear Coat Sections (Windows, Panels, Floors)

Train Staff: Proper training in product use is crucial to the effectiveness of
the product performance. Training in handling and storage of the product is
also of high importance for the safety of people, equipment and
environment.

Replication Plan

Surface specific training is required for proper implementation to achieve
successful cleaning results on different media. (e.g. stainless, aluminum,
concrete, glass).

FSR is universally applicable at all Ford Motor Company plants that include
paint facilities.

