All students must complete a total of thirty-two units (192 credit points) to complete the BBus(Accounting)/BBus(Banking and Finance) degree.
For students commencing the BBus(Accounting)/BBus(Banking and Finance) degree with advanced standing, a minimum of eight units (48 credit points) must
be taken from Monash University, Caulfield campus.
For students commencing the BBus(Accounting)/BBus(Banking and Finance) degree with advanced standing, a minimum of twelve units (72 credit points)
must be taken at Monash University.
Students may complete up to, but not exceeding thirteen first-year-level units (78 credit points).
Students MUST complete a minimum of eight third-year-level units (48 credit points), of which at least four (24 credit points) must be from the Caulfield
campus.

Graduates of this program will satisfy the educational requirements for associate membership of CPA Australia and for entry to the CA Program of The Institute of Chartered

AFF2631, AFF3431, AFF3491, AFF3631, BTF2220, BTF3931
Graduates of this program will be recognised by the new Institute of Securities Finance and Banking (formerly the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance and the Securities
Institute of Australia). Students are advised to contact the Institute of Securities Finance and Banking directly for details of levels of membership and required educational
qualifications
Students who are contemplating a career in financial planning are advised that a number of banking and finance units meet the standards set down in the Australian Securities and
Investments Commission [ASIC] policy statement for the training of financial product advisers [PS146].
