Of special significance is a detailed presentation on using GDP’s Custom Gradebook feature. Methodology Link The Methodology link is devoted entirely to methods of teaching keyboarding: skillbuilding, technique, and document processing. This link also includes a special section on “Technology Supporting Methodology.” If you’ve never had the opportunity to take a methods course in keyboarding, this is an excellent source to acquire instructional techniques for teaching keyboarding. Keyboarding Online Link The Keyboarding Online link is a direct path for specific strategies for teaching keyboarding online. These strategies were prepared by Arlene Zimmerly, GDP co-author and professor at Los Angeles City College. She provides numerous tips on starting up an online course and incorporating sound methodology to deliver keyboarding at a distance. Enrichment Link The Enrichment link provides additional drill material for each of the new-key lessons in GDP.
