Ringwood Waldorf School Nursery
Ringwood Waldorf School is an independent day-school for boys and girls from the ages of 3 to 16 years. Kindergarten activities have a
rhythmical pattern for each day and week, which is very satisfying for young children, providing, as it does, a deep sense of security.
Singing and circle games, eurythmy, sewing, weaving, drawing, modelling, woodwork, cooking, gardening, outside play & walks in nature
and plenty of child initiated free play are activities that fill the week. During these activities, the teacher is constantly aware of cultivating
the social abilities of the children. Well chosen fairy tales nourish the child’s inner world of feeling and imagination.

Information
Our kindergarten opening hours are 8:25am to 1pm each
day with the option of afternoon sessions from 1pm to
3:30pm. Fees are not charged however a minimum
contribution to the school is requested. Please contact
the school for more information. Afternoon sessions are
provided at an extra cost. If you would like to visit the
school, we hold two Introductory Mornings each term and
if you wish to book a place please contact the office.
International Summer School for ages 11- 15 running in
July/August 2014-ring for further details. Provision has an
inclusion / equal opportunities policy.
