I hereby grant SofterWare, Inc. and its agents, employees, successors and representatives the
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to copy, use, re-use, publish, and
republish the pictures and/or content submitted. This includes but is not limited to my email
campaigns, surveys and testimonials, in which I may be included in whole or in part, or any
reproduction thereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media for marketing
purposes for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I
also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith. I understand that SofterWare
may use my likeness for promotional and/or informational purposes from time to time.
I hereby agree to hold SofterWare, its licensees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any
liability resulting from my statements and action depicted or described in the information, text,
and graphic representations herein submitted.
I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or
products or the advertising copy, printed matter, or screenshots that may be used in conjunction
therewith.
I have read the above consent, authorization, release and agreement. I fully understand the
contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives
and assigns.
