POPP COMMUNICATIONS

POPP Communications located in Golden Valley, chose to improve the exterior façade of their building, to more closely align the appearance
of their headquarters with the quality of services they offer to their client’s. These improvements include new glass and glazing, EIFS accents,
metal panel accents, and lighting. All improvements were made while POPP continued their day to day business operations within the facility.
We enjoyed serving a great local company that strongly promotes small to mid-size business growth, as well as many community charities.

The Ackerber Group and The Bainey Group disigned and built the Uptown benches as an artfull piece which are located at the Calhoun
Square!
The Bainey Group, Inc. was invited to participate in a community service project by Cushman & Wakefield. We were privileged to
donate material and some of Randy Roy’s time to support the construction of Compost units in part of a larger community service
program.

Minnetonka office is designed to integrate the company’s culture, values, colors and imagery into the workplace, and to create a collaborative and innovative environment. Incorporated into this new office are: collaboration rooms with state of the art technology and customizable
furniture, a cafe area where associates can gather, smaller capsule rooms, as well as a library where associates can perform “head’s down”
work.

This 15,000 square foot space required unique demolition, as well as a complete upgrade to the mechanical systems. Construction involved

2015 BAINEY GALA - STILLWATER, MN
The Bainey Group team and their spouses, enjoyed another great weekend of camaraderie this year during our Team’s 2nd annual weekend retreat. It amazes me that a group of 30+ adults, with a diverse array of interests and personalities comes together so well to enjoy this
valuable time together. As we toured about Stillwater, we were complimented by local businesses on what a great group of folks we have.
