Program Details
What is covered?
All residential and commercial applications with ARI-matched systems are eligible for the
Complete Care Plus™ Program. All brands of HVAC systems can be covered. Complete Care
Plus options included 5- or 10-year parts and labor plans, 2- or 3-year labor only plan and
10-year parts only coverage. Please refer to your sales guidelines and price sheets for details.
It is important to inform customers that annual maintenance, or any failure due to the lack of
routine maintenance, is not covered by the service plan. This gives you an opportunity to
promote planned service for the length of the contract. You can offer annual maintenance
free of charge in the first year as a promotional item, and build charges for the following
years into the purchase price.
Remember to submit parts claims for reimbursement to the manufacturer for any parts
replacement while the product is under OEM warranty. To ensure that you will be reimbursed
for all repairs performed, please refer to the Complete Care Plus repair times guidelines and
service FAQs in your sales guidelines.
What is NOT covered?

Natural disaster, abuse, or any damage that is not a result of mechanical component failure
◆
Annual maintenance or lack of routine maintenance
◆
Failure due to equipment operation in a corrosive environment
◆
Overtime charges (unless it is a confirmed health- or weather-related emergency)
Both your company and your customer will receive a copy of the Certificate of Coverage
with Terms and Conditions listed on the back.
