Compri Food Services (1518463 Ontario Limited) was established in 1989 as a full service catering
company supplying quality food, staffing, rentals and event development to the private and corporate
sectors.
Compri is proud to have serviced clients such as BMO Nesbitt Burns, Ontario Bar Association, Price
Waterhouse Coopers and The Royal Bank of Canada since the inception of the company.
Our company has steadily outgrown its facilities, resulting in its relocation on three occasions in the past
few years. Compri is now housed in a full-service 2400 square foot, Toronto Public Health approved Kitchen
with a corporate office located one floor above the kitchen on Queen Street East in downtown Toronto.

THE BEGINNING
At Compri, we pride ourselves in delivering event services that meet or exceed your desires and that
truly reflect upon your style. The first consultation with you is the ground-breaker of the design.
During this meeting we spend the majority of the time listening to you. Discussing your desired
atmosphere, guest experience, what you wish to accomplish, and, of course, your budget. Then we get
to work establishing the most appropriate event design and match it up to the remarkable creations of
our Chef.
VENUE SELECTION
Choosing the appropriate venue for your vision is the next step. We are pleased to work with your
desired venue or, we can choose from the vast list of venues available to Compri. A site visit at the
prospective venue(s) is recommended in the company of one of our coordinators prior to the
development of your event details.
DÉCOR
One of the most critical elements of a successful event! At Compri, we understand the need to capture
your guests’ attention within the first few seconds of entering your event venue. Our coordinators will
research and create a comprehensive decor and “Experience Flow” plan based on the information
gathered during the first event consultation.
Stylish centrepieces, elegant floral arrangements, table displays, tent rentals, custom drapery, marquis
decoration, ice sculptures, prop rentals, audio-visual and lighting are just some of the examples of the
services coordinated for you.

ENTER TAINMENT
We are pleased to offer full coordination of the entertainment for your event. Our event coordinators will
work with you to find the best entertainment options that truly reflect upon your desire and style.
Some entertainment considerations are... Most genres of Live Music/DJ/VJ, Casino tables,
Impressionists, Hand Writing Analysis, Team-Building MCs, Entertaining Bartenders, Caricaturists, Stage
production, Fortune tellers, On-site massage, etc. The possibilities are ENDLESS!
RENTALS
Compri will arrange for all required rental equipment. Rentals may include china, cutlery, and glassware,
bar set up, service equipment, linens, coffee service, candelabra, silver service equipment, buffet items,
tables, chairs, coat racks, barbecues, staging, risers, tents and awnings.
Approximate rental costs: Cocktail Reception - $12.00 per person. Including coffee and dessert service
Formal 3 Course - $15.00-$30.00 per person.
SER VICE STAFF
Compri will secure and coordinate all of the staff requirements for your event. This covers chefs, wait
staff, bartenders and event coordinators. Our professional staff are charged at $22.00 – $29.00 per
hour for a four-hour minimum per staff member. Our chefs are attired in chef whites and our floor staff
can be dressed in formal black & white, casual black & white or themed clothing to match your desired
atmosphere. All of our bartenders are Smart Serve certified.
