TOKYO SKY TREE The world’s tallest tower, Tokyo Sky Tree, which stands at 634 metres, is located at Narihirabashi and Oshiage districts in Sumida Ward of Tokyo. The foot of the tower covers an area of 400 metres from east to west, connecting Narihirabashi Station and Oshiage Station, encompasses an area of about 3.69 hectares. This tower functions as a transmission facility for digital broadcasting services to 5 commercial stations and NHK. It is also equipped with disaster prevention features.
