*Admission Requirements to Year 2, UBC (Vancouver) Bachelor of Commerce:
Applicants must meet a minimum average of 65% (2.5 on a 4.00 scale) calculated on the last 30 credits attempted and a
minimum core average of 65% (2.5 on a 4.00 scale) on the core courses required. All attempts at core courses are used
in the calculation of your core average. Application deadline is January 31, 2016.
When completing UBC’s on-line undergraduate application form, all students are required to provide a personal profile.

While it is possible to transfer to UBC before completing 24 credits, direct admission to Year 2 BCom requires the
successful completion of a minimum of 24 credits including the following core courses.

Electives allow you to explore interests outside of the core BCom program. You can select courses to complement your
choice of option/career or to develop expertise in a specific subject area. Non-commerce electives include courses in subject
areas other than Commerce. Psychology, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Science, Languages, or any
other areas that interest you, are all excellent choices. Non-Commerce electives do not include Statistics courses. Refer to the
