EHS will collect or contract with Stericycle Inc. to remove this material Double Black Bagged and Placed in appropriate Barrel Sharps in Container with MU Biohazard Label, Waste in Biohazard Bag with MU Biohazard Label Container and Label Fill out MU Haz Waste Label, place in appropriate container Contact EHS (x7558). EHS will collect or contract with Veolia Inc. to remove this material Contact EHS (x7558). EHS will collect or contract with Stericycle Inc. to remove this material Fill out MU Haz Waste Label, place in appropriate container, Make sure to triple rinse your old container and puncture it Store in a secure location until removal. Fill out MU Haz Waste Label Container and Label Bulb Eater: Boxed & taped sealed, put in bulb eater otherwise Boxed, taped, MU Universal Waste Label with Accum. Start Date. Cover Terminals, MU Universal Waste Label with Accum. State Date Batteries T: Standard (Lead/acid, Ni/Cd, Silver Oxide, lithium, mercury, magnesium) Place in battery collection boxes located in most buildings, when full contact EHS Mercury Thermostats T Containerize (completely sealed), MU Universal Waste Label with Accum. State Date Accounting must be contacted and approve the disposal of any university owned equipment. EHS will collect or contract with Veolia Inc. to remove this material Contact Charles Gourlay (988‐8022) and Taylor Blackley (x7558) for instructions prior to any action Contact Maintenance (x7199) HVAC will recycle or contact local recycling company for disposal Send in an Online EHS Request Form www.methodist.edu/ehs/request.htm or Taylor Blackley (x7558) for pickup Fill out a work order on MUNET then take to MU Maintenance Shop (x7199), Maintenance will not pickup aerosol cans.
