REGISTRATION FOR SEMINAR: To connect to the UMass Amherst Conference Services Page for
Registration or Hotel Rooms hold Control and Left Click on web link. Although the fees for this
year’s seminar have been increased by the University of Massachusetts, NEBOEA has decided to
absorb the increase this year and will maintain last year’s fees:
Plan A = $299 3-Day Seminar (includes all breakfasts, all breaks, all
lunches & social)
Plan B = $275 3-Day Seminar (includes all lunches, all breaks, & social)
Plan C = $205 3-Day Seminar (includes all breaks & social)
One day = $150 1-Day Seminar (includes breaks & lunch)
Additional Social Tickets $20.00 per person
LATE REGISTRATIONS: Registrations received after September 23, 2013 will have a $40.00 late fee.
WALK-IN REGISTRATION: Meals may not be available to walk-in registrants. There is a $40.00 late fee
after September 23, 2013. The “registration only" option will be available.
CANCELLATION: Cancelations before the close of business on September 30, 2013 will receive a
full refund minus $60.00. All cancellations must be received in writing. Telephone cancellations will
not be accepted unless they are immediately followed by a letter of cancelation by way of email or fax.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 fee.
SIGN IN: Monday, October 7th 8:30 am - 1:00 pm at the Sign in Desk on the 1st floor, Campus
Center. The Program begins at 9:30 a.m. with opening remarks by William A. Hanley II, NEBOEA
Chairman and John Willnauer, Seminar Facilitator.
ON CAMPUS LODGING: 60 rooms at the Campus Center Hotel are on hold for seminar attendees
until September 6, 2013. Use the group code #1768C to receive the Seminar rates. NO
RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE. Contact the hotel directly to confirm
reservations. The Hotel fills quickly so please make your reservations as soon as possible. The hotel
provides one complimentary parking pass per room per day.
OFF CAMPUS LODGING: A list of hotel/motel rooms has been provided by the Hampshire
Hospitality Group. You must mention that you are with the “New England Building Officials Block” in
order to receive the group rate available until Sept. 6, 2013.

PARKING: Discounted parking passes are available for $3.00 per vehicle per day. Additional
information is provided on the UMass Registration Form. Please park in the parking garage only.
Parking in a University lot, fire lane, tow zone, any restricted area or handicapped space without
displaying a proper permit will be subject to having the vehicle ticketed and towed at the owner’s
expense.
FOR THE THIRD YEAR THE NEBOEA IS OFFERING ALL OF THE ICC CERTIFIED CODE
SAFETY PROFESSIONAL PAPER/PENCIL EXAMS FOR ALL SUBJECTS, ALL CODE
YEARS ON SITE. THE REGISTRATION IS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE LETTER.
THE DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 9, 2013.
NEBOEA has made arrangements with ICC to have the exams available on Monday October 7, at
10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. and 1:30 P.M.-5:00 P.M. in the Reading Room on the Second Floor.
