The <Be Spotted & Win> (“Promotion”) is jointly organised by Singapore Petroleum Company Limited (“SPC”) with DBS Bank
Ltd (“DBS”). Be spotted pumping at any SPC Service Station with our National Day car decal (“Decal”) to win attractive prizes!

This Promotion is open to all registered SPC&U Members (“Participants”) and by you using the SPC&U card during
payment, you have agreed to participate in the Promotion and accept all the Term and Conditions of the Promotion.
The qualifying period for participating in the Promotion is from 13 July 2015 to 31 August 2015 (both dates inclusive).
To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must:
a) Spend a minimum gross amount of S$50 in a single receipt on fuel and/or purchases from Choices (excluding
tobacco products, parking coupons and phone cards) at any SPC Service Station to receive one (1) Decal, subject
to while stocks last.
b) Display the Decal on their vehicles while filling up at any SPC Service Station.
Participants spotted with the Decal displayed on their vehicles while filling up at any SPC Service Station will win S$500
worth of SPC vouchers (“Prize”) and the Prize will be presented on-the-spot to the winner (“Winner”). Only 50 winners
will be selected and the selection of the winners is at the discretion of the spotters. The Prize cannot be exchanged for
cash or other denominations.
If the Winner uses a POSB Everyday Card to make payment, he will have one (1) chance to participate in an instant
Spin-&-Win and win up to 5,000 Daily$ worth of cash rebates. The Daily$ will be credited into the Winner’s POSB
Everyday Card account by 31 October 2015. The Daily$ are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Subject to Clause 5, the Prize and Daily$ will be stated in the Winners’ letters and presented on-the-spot.
By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be photographed and to allow SPC and DBS to use his or her name, image
and voice for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion and also to co-operate with and participate in the
activities organised by SPC and DBS for this purpose without additional compensation and/or notification. If you do not
agree to the disclosure of your personal data or do not wish to participate in the Promotion, please inform SPC
immediately by emailing to spc_cust_svc@spc.com.sg
All decisions made by SPC in respect of this Promotion are final and conclusive. SPC and DBS will not entertain any
appeal, claim, correspondence or query. SPC and DBS shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever to any person in
connection with this Promotion howsoever arising.
SPC and DBS reserve the right to terminate or vary the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
A person who is not a party to the Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties)
Act (Cap. 53) to enforce any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
Employees of DBS, SPC, SPC Service Stations, SPC Service Station operators and staff, PetroChina International
(Singapore) Pte Ltd, Chinaoil (Singapore) Int’l Pte Ltd, external parties and suppliers involved in organising this
Promotion and their respective families are not eligible for participation.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional
material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and all Participants shall be deemed to have
irrevocably agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
Participants consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the
Participants’ personal data by/to SPC and DBS and their agent or vendors of and such other third party for the purpose of
the Promotion, and confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of
which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.
