Course Cross-Listing (for MSM, RAC and HRM students ONLY)
Many students have expressed concern and confusion regarding the way courses are listed on the MySaints
Portal. As many of you know, many courses within the graduate management and human resource
management programs are shared, meaning there are students from the Master of Science in Management
(MSM), Master of Science in Management with specialization in Research Administration (RAC) and Human
Resource Management (HRM) programs in the same course. When those courses are listed on the MySaints
Portal, they are “cross-listed”. Those courses are:
MSM/HRM 9009 Leadership & Organizational
Behavior
MSM/HRM 9014 Organizational Development
MSM/HRM 9015 Financial Management
MSM/HRM 9019 Negotiation and Conflict
Management
MSM/HRM 9028 Managing Diversity in
Contemporary Organizations
MSM/HRM 9029 Management Information
Systems
MSM 9034/HRM 9036 Strategic Planning and
Management
MSM/HRM 9038 Capstone Seminar
When registering for courses, you should look at both sections (MSM and HRM) to ensure there are seats left in
the course. You should always register for the course prefix for your program (ex. HRM students should register
for the HRM 9014 Organizational Development section). As always, you can call Kate Schoeck (your academic
advisor) for clarification.
Reminder: Never Miss another Announcement in EC Learn
